The whites

clos Clare, Watervale, Clare Valley, Riesling 2016
Benchmark Clare Valley Riesling, bone dry with notes of lemon meringue pie and honey adding complexity to the fine mineral core. £25

Larry Cherubino, Apostrophe Stone's Throw White, Great Southern 2015
Riesling's cool minerality meshes with Gewurztraminer's exotic spice and rose water in this delicious, refreshing blend. £14

Ocean Eight, Verve, Mornington Peninsula, Chardonnay 2014
The name Verve encapsulates its style, with a vibrant perfume of Granny Smith apple, honeysuckle blossom and lime zest, which is mirrored beautifully on the palate. £32

Teusner, Woodside, Adelaide Hills, Sauvignon Blanc 2015
5% Barossa Valley Semillon gives this wine a necessary spine of weighty and lime zest notes. Very refreshing with a hint of smoky minerality. £20

The Reds

Berton Vineyard, Reserve, Coonawarra, Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
This shows intense, ripe black fruit aromas with hints of chocolate, eucalyptus and mint. £15

Fox Gordon, The Dark Prince, Adelaide Hills, Nero d'Avola 2016

Paringa Estate, Peninsula, Mornington Peninsula, Pinot Noir 2015
A muscular and appealing style of Pinot Noir. The chunky wild cherry and rasberry imbued fruit on the palate are supported by smooth tannins and a lovely long finish. £28

Ulithorne, Dona, McLaren Vale, Grenache Shiraz Mouvedre 2014
Dominant in pretty, lifted Grenache with rich cherries and plums together with mint and basil notes. £23
